Booking & Payment Policies

Booking & Payment

• 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

• Remaining balance is due 24 hours before setup.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

Cancellations

• ALL Deposits are non‑refundable.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment and you will only be permitted to reschedule 1 time within the same month.

You will have to contact us to reschedule your date

Valentine’s Day Collection:
• Full payment required upfront
• No cancellations or refunds

Travel Fees

•    Tuscaloosa, AL — $40
•    Birmingham, AL —$60
•    Meridian, MS — Included

Setup Requirements

• Client must confirm hotel/Airbnb access.

• YOU MUST CHECK INTO HOTEL BEFORE WE SETUP
• Parking fees must be covered by the client.
• Romantic Muse Room Designs is not responsible for room clean up and the fees that might be associated with doing so unless you booked cleaning service

• For clients who booked a cleaning service or package that includes cleaning service, you must be willing to leave your hotel room or Airbnb at least an hour before checkout time.

• Romantic Muse Room Designs is not responsible for any injuries caused within your booking location as a result of our decorations.
