1.

How far in advance should I book?

 

As early as possible — holidays and weekends fill quickly.
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. Fast Shipping Fee will automatically be required on bookings made with less than 4 business days in advance with the exception of our Valentines Collection.

2.

Do you decorate Airbnbs and private homes?


Yes, we decorate hotels, Airbnbs, and residential spaces.

3.

Is Romantic Muse Room Designs responsible for booking hotel rooms and Airbnbs?

NO. We only provide decorations/designs. We DO NOT book your hotel or Airbnb.

4.

Do I need to be present during setup?


No. As long as we have access, you can arrive to the surprise fully completed. In fact, most customers are never around when we are decorating. For hotels, clients usually add the name of our founder to the hotel reservation, so when she arrives at the hotel, she can just grab the key from the front desk and immediately begin decorating.  (this is the desired protocol)

5.

Do you clean up afterward?


Tear down and cleaning service is included for giant heart arches and large décor. For smaller setups, clients may keep or dispose of petals/balloons/small décor unless cleaning service is added.

Can I customize my setup?


Absolutely — we offer add‑ons and custom touches to make your moment unique.
